現今全球就業市場中正臨著嚴峻挑戰,根據企業管理顧問公司ManpowerGroup萬寶華的最新調查,高達75%的僱主表示在招聘過程中難以找到合適人才。這一問題在日本表現得尤為明顯,而在健康護理和生命科學行業中情況最嚴重。

在全球範圍內,日本以85%的人才短缺率高居榜首,香港也高達79%,顯示亞洲地區在這方面面臨的挑戰。就全球各行業人才短缺情況而言,健康護理與生命科學行業以77%的高短缺率領先,其次是信息技術(76%)、消費品與服務(76%)、交通、物流與汽車(76%)、工業與材料(75%)、通信服務(73%)、金融與房地產(72%)、能源與公共事業(71%)。

不論行業或地域,IT與數據技能始終是最難尋覓的。在軟技能方面,最缺乏的五項是團隊合作與協作、韌性與適應力、積極學習與好奇心、推理與解決問題、責任感與可靠性。在技術技能方面,則是IT與數據、製造與生產、運營與物流、銷售與市場營銷、工程學。

The global job market is currently facing a severe challenge. According to the latest survey by the corporate management consulting firm ManpowerGroup, as many as 75% of employers report difficulty in finding suitable talent during the recruitment process. This issue is particularly pronounced in Japan, and the situation is most severe in the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Globally, Japan leads with an 85% talent shortage rate, followed closely by Hong Kong at 79%, highlighting the challenges faced by the Asian region in this regard. In terms of global industry-specific talent shortages, the healthcare and life sciences industries lead with a high shortage rate of 77%, followed by information technology (76%), consumer goods and services (76%), transportation, logistics and automotive (76%), industrials and materials (75%), communication services (73%), financials and real estate (72%), and energy and utilities (71%).

Regardless of industry or region, IT and data skills are consistently the most challenging to find. The top five lacking soft skills are teamwork and collaboration, resilience and adaptability, active learning and curiosity, reasoning and problem-solving, and responsibility and reliability. In terms of technical skills, the most needed are IT and data, manufacturing and production, operations and logistics, sales and marketing, and engineering.
